Information we use

When you order, we receive the name, email address and billing details you provide, the items and currency purchased, order and payment status, transaction references and download-permission records. An optional customer account stores your account details and order history. Support enquiries contain the information you choose to send us.

Our store, hosting and payment systems can also process IP addresses, browser/device information, timestamps, session identifiers and security logs to deliver the website and detect misuse. Do not send full card details or sensitive personal information in support emails.

Why we use it

Payments and service providers

WooCommerce runs the store on our WordPress installation. Stripe processes payments and may collect payment, billing, device and fraud-prevention information directly. Your full card number and security code are not stored by our store. Stripe may act as an independent controller for some payment and regulatory purposes; see Stripe’s privacy policy.

GoDaddy provides website hosting and related delivery/security services. Our email provider handles order and support communications. These providers receive information necessary for their services. Information may also be disclosed where legally required or necessary to establish or defend legal claims. We do not sell customer personal information.

Cookies and overseas processing

WordPress and WooCommerce use cookies for features such as cart contents, checkout sessions and account login. Stripe uses payment and fraud-prevention technologies. Blocking these necessary technologies may prevent checkout or login from working. Optional analytics or advertising cookies, if introduced, require the applicable consent controls and an updated notice.

Some providers operate internationally, so data may be processed outside the UK. Their privacy notices explain their processing locations and transfer arrangements, including applicable contractual safeguards. Contact us for further information about a particular transfer.

How long information is kept

We keep order and accounting records for the period needed to meet applicable tax and record-keeping obligations and resolve claims. Account and download records are kept while needed to provide your account and purchases. Support correspondence and security logs are kept only while needed for the enquiry, security investigation or related obligations. When information is no longer needed, it is deleted or anonymised; backup copies may remain until the normal backup cycle replaces them.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal information, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. You can withdraw consent where processing relies on it. Some records may need to be retained for legal obligations or claims. We may need to verify your identity before responding.

Contact the email above to exercise your rights. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint, or your relevant local supervisory authority. We will update this page when our processing changes.

Optional Meta advertising cookies

If you accept advertising cookies, we use Meta Pixel (ID 1528252658924558) to measure visits, checkout starts and completed purchases for Facebook and Instagram advertising. Meta may receive browser and device information, your IP address, cookie identifiers, the page visited and purchase value and currency. We do not include your name, email, home address or payment-card details in these events. Meta may associate this information with your Meta account and process it internationally under its privacy policy.

Advertising tracking stays off until you accept. You can reject it without affecting your purchase, and change or withdraw consent at any time using Cookie settings. We remember your cookie choice for six months. See Meta’s privacy policy for how Meta processes data.
