These terms apply to purchases from ember-tech-games.co.uk. Last updated: 12 September 2026.
Who you are buying from
Pub Brawl is sold by Ember Tech Games, a UK sole-trader business. Customer support: paul@ember-tech-solutions.co.uk.

Your game
Your purchase is a personal, non-commercial licence to download and play Pub Brawl for 64-bit Windows PCs. It includes Dave and Tom’s campaigns, twelve stages, three difficulties, and keyboard and compatible controller support. It is a digital product; nothing is posted to you. You may keep a personal backup but must not resell, redistribute or publicly share the installer or your download links. Copyright remains with the respective rights holders.
Price and payment
The game costs £4.99 GBP or $6.99 USD, according to the currency you select. It is a one-off purchase, not a subscription. Check the final currency and total before paying. Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card provider may charge its own currency-conversion or overseas transaction fees. We are not UK VAT registered and do not charge UK VAT. Any other applicable tax is shown before you place your order.
Delivery and installation
After successful payment, WooCommerce provides an authorised download link on the order confirmation and in the order email. If you create an account, your downloads are also available under My downloads. Payment processing or security checks may delay access. Contact support with your order number if your payment succeeds but your download is missing.
The download is a ZIP containing the Pub Brawl Windows installer. Extract the ZIP, then run the installer. Internet is needed for the purchase and download; the installed game plays offline. This edition does not include a Mac, Linux, mobile or console version. Minimum hardware specifications have not been benchmarked; contact us before buying if you are unsure about compatibility. The current installer is not digitally signed.
Cancellations, faults and refunds
To cancel an order, email support with your name, order number and purchase date, and clearly say that you wish to cancel. For this store, downloading the game does not by itself remove your statutory cancellation rights. You can notify us of cancellation within 14 days after your purchase. If you cancel, stop using the game and delete your copies. We will refund the cancelled purchase to the original payment method within 14 days after receiving your cancellation notice.
If the download is faulty, inaccessible or not as described, contact us so we can investigate and provide the remedy required by applicable consumer law, which may include repair, replacement, a price reduction or refund. The 14-day cancellation period does not limit your rights for faulty or misdescribed digital content. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.

Support, privacy and changes
Send support requests and complaints to the email above. Please include your order number and a description of the issue; never send full payment-card details. Our Privacy policy explains how purchase and support information is handled. Changes to these terms apply to future purchases; the terms applicable when you ordered continue to govern that order. Mandatory consumer protections in your country remain applicable.
